Returns

We accept return requests within 14 calendar days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition and original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

To begin a return, please contact us at tofustudionyc@gmail.com before sending the item back. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Approved returns must be shipped within 7 days of receiving return instructions.

Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges only for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. For a different color or product, please return the eligible item and place a new order.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days. Please allow additional processing time depending on your bank or card provider.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Items that have been used, damaged, washed, altered, or assembled

• Scratchers, toys, or other pet products that show signs of animal use

• Candles that have been burned

• Personalized or custom-made products

• Gift cards

• Items specifically marked Final Sale

Many of our products are made from natural materials, so variations in color, grain, texture, veining, pores, and surface markings may occur. These natural variations make each piece unique and are not considered defects.

Untreated natural stone may absorb oils or moisture and develop darker areas or a patina with use. Changes caused by normal use, improper care, or exposure to oils and liquids are not considered manufacturing defects.

This does not apply to damage that occurred during shipping or defects that affect the product’s safety or function.

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at tofustudionyc@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of:

• The item

• The packaging

• The shipping label

Please keep all original packaging until the issue has been resolved. Depending on the situation, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
