• Returns:

  • Items may be returned within 14 days of receipt if they are unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, excluding shipping fees.

• Exchanges:

  • Exchanges are available for defective or damaged items only. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos for verification.

Our products are made using natural, eco-friendly materials, which means each piece is one-of-a-kind. Because of this, we cannot accept returns or exchanges based on the following natural characteristics:

• Patterns and Textures: Variations in grain, texture, or color are inherent to natural materials and are part of their unique beauty.

• Natural Stains or Oil Marks: We use untreated, natural stones that may develop oil stains or patinas over time due to their organic nature. These are not considered defects.

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us at tofustudionyc@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll assist you with a replacement or refund.
